Syntone: real-time advertising analytics
Syntone Media SRL · founded, built and operated by 2GuiZ
A complete subscription SaaS for real-time advertising monitoring: Next.js 15 front end, FastAPI services, Supabase, Stripe subscriptions, containerised and deployed. Live since April 2026. 2GuiZ also runs its Odoo ERP, from quotation to invoice to books, which is where much of our ERP advice is earned.
Producer traceability & bonus distribution
Agricultural value chain · engineering + consultancy
Farm-to-export traceability as a six-module Odoo suite: producers, farms and plots; intake events; processing batches with lot contribution; and quality-based bonuses paid back down the chain. Deliberately commodity-agnostic, so the platform outlives its first product line.
Belgian regulatory document automation
Administrative process · consultancy + engineering
Machine-filling a regulated Belgian form set from structured data. The consultancy half mattered more than the code: deciding which parts of a regulated process can responsibly be automated, and which must stay human.
Agent-driven recruitment platform
Job marketplace · engineering
An MCP server as the single data boundary, with LLM-powered web applications as pure clients. No application touches the database directly, a rule enforced in writing so the system stays coherent as the team grows.
Speech-to-text under a cost ceiling
Own R&D · deployed as an API
A 660-hour Conformer-CTC model for a low-resource language, engineered to run without a GPU and exposed as a transcription API. The constraint was the product: GPU inference would have made the use case uneconomic.
Purpose-bound payment bridge
Cross-border payments · R&D
Card collection in Europe, settlement through a Belgian account, and payout restricted to verified merchants, so a sender pays a school or pharmacy directly and the beneficiary never receives cash. Payout providers behind an adapter interface.
